How it works
Modules

  • Infeed module

    This module handles the initial loading and unloading of interlayers, ensuring they are perfectly centered for subsequent processes.

  • CleanScan module

    This comprehensive module feeds interlayers into the system, cleans them, detects any double sheets, and scans for quality assurance.

  • Sorting module

    This unit is responsible for sorting interlayers based on predefined criteria, ensuring that good quality interlayers are ready for storage and shipment.

  • Shuttle module

    This unit transports interlayers between different modules, ensuring a seamless flow within the system.

  • Robot module

    This module uses grippers to stack top frames and put them on top of the sorted and stacked interlayers.

  • Outfeed Pro Module

    This unit solely focuses on the horizontal movement of interlayers, ensuring they reach their designated stations.

  • Safety module

  • Pallet buffer module
